1. In the “My Folder” field on the left side of the screen, select the “Documents from Preparer” folder

   • ​Files uploaded by the Pfeifer & Binder office should appear in the “Documents from Preparer” field​

2. ​Choose which file you wish to download, then click the word “Download” on the far right side of the “Documents from Preparer” field

3. Once the file appears at the very bottom of your internet browser as a downloaded file, click on it to open the file and save it to your computer
